Dubby Dubby Choons
The wonderful wonderful world of dubstep...its latest golden offering is a James Blake remix of dub kingpin Untold. It snarls and snaps like Kelpe with rabies and shuffles like a drunk zombie. Special stuff.

Capac

A big musical favourite of mine for a long while now has been 3 guys from Liverpool who go by the name 'Capac' (after the Incan emperor Huayna Capac)...you might have come across them under their previous moniker "A Cup Of Tea". I bought their EP back in January when I heard the track "Circle, Yes" which literally blew my head off...it should be law for children to study this track at school. I had the good fortune to play a gig with them in London in August, without a doubt one of the best sets I've seen in a long time. We're hoping to get them on Geometric in the not too distant future, so watch this space...

Here's a beautiful track by Mark Pritchard entitled '?'
If you're not familiar with Harmonic 313 check it out, this is the same guy. This track is a stark contrast to his harmonic 313 work. With his harmonic 313 project being more of an odyssey of wonky beats, swirling synth acrobatics, and rolling sub frequencies. '?' is an atmospheric and haunting piece.

Vladislav Delay
Here's a video I stumbled across a while back, it's an amazing video for the beautiful song 'Toive' by the leaf label artist Vladislav Delay...enjoy!

PRDCTV Live @ The Wheatsheaf, Oxford, 28/11/09

Geonaughts,
PRDCTV is playing live this Saturday (the 28th) at The Wheatsheaf in Oxford. Alex and Chima are headlining so they'll be on at about 10.30 for a 50 minute set of the good old stuff we know and love, as well as a few new tracks that will be probably be featuring on the PRDCTV debut album...so it should be a pretty cool gig! See you there if you can make it!
Geometric x
P.S. Unlike the Modern Art Oxford gig, this one won't be sold out, so don't worry about getting turned away this time!

A very good mixtape, yes.
Here is a mixtape i came across the other week, it's very very good. I had listened to the slightly geekily-named 'zombie-nation' (he is german i think) a few years ago and we were listening to it again the other day. actually dug it out for a halloween-type party, for real, then looked at what new stuff he was doing.
You just visit said link: http://zombienation.com/ and there's buttons you can push and you get it etc. look out for the flute version of Tiga, which is actually weirdly awesome.
